REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Deposits & Wallets

1. Funds added via our authorised payment gateway are credited to the customer’s Deposit Wallet and may be used exclusively to purchase products and services offered on our websites.

2. On every successful deposit, customers receive promotional Reward Points in their Reward Wallet (e.g., a ₹ 1,000 deposit earns 2,000 Points).

3. Reward Points are virtual, non‑purchasable, non‑refundable, non‑transferable and non‑withdrawable. They carry no cash value outside the Platform.

2. Reward Points Usage

• Reward Points may be applied as instant discounts at checkout on eligible purchases across our e‑commerce websites (https://growwinterestmoney.com/ and https://www.sminfotechsolutions.com).

• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed outside the Platform.

• Unused Points expire 12 months from the date of credit.

3. Refund Policy

SM Infotech Solutions follows a “no refund” principle for deposits once Reward Points have been credited, except in the limited circumstances below:

Valid claims are verified and, if approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Requests that do not meet the above criteria will be politely declined.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time; however, unused Reward Points or Deposit Wallet balances are non‑refundable once credited.

• Accounts found violating our Terms of Service may be suspended or terminated without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

SM Infotech Solutions is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other third‑party service providers involved in refund processing.

6. Compliance & Data Privacy

All refund requests are handled in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data‑protection regulations. Personal data collected for refund processing is stored securely and shared only with entities necessary to complete the refund or as mandated by law.

7. Policy Updates

We may amend this Policy to reflect changes in law or business practices. Updated versions will be posted on our websites with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
