By accessing or using the SM Infotech Solutions website, mobile application or any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable law to use the Platform.
• You must create an account to access Deposit Wallet and Reward Point features.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
1. Deposit Wallet
- Funds you add via approved payment methods are credited to your Deposit Wallet and may be used exclusively to purchase products and services offered on the Platform.
- Refunds (where applicable) are returned only to the original funding instrument in accordance with our Refund Policy.
2. Reward Wallet
- For every ₹ 1 deposited, you receive 2 Reward Points (“Points”).
- Point Valuation : 1 Point = ₹ 1 instant discount usable solely against future purchases on the Platform.
- Points are promotional, non‑purchasable, non‑refundable, non‑transferable and non‑withdrawable. They carry no cash or monetary value outside the Platform.
- Points expire 12 months after the date of accrual if unused.
Effective 12 April 2025, all mechanisms for converting Points or wallet balances into cash or transferring them to external bank accounts/UPI IDs have been permanently disabled. Any prior references to “daily withdrawals” are hereby void. The Platform now operates strictly as a closed‑loop loyalty and checkout wallet compliant with RBI guidelines on Pre‑paid Payment Instruments.
You agree NOT to:
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive or manipulative conduct.
• Use automated scripts or bots to create accounts or simulate activity.
• Sell, barter or otherwise transfer Points or account access to any person.
• Violate any applicable laws or the security of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory requirements. No refunds or Point reinstatements will be issued in such cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SM Infotech Solutions shall not be liable for (a) loss of Points due to technical issues beyond reasonable control, (b) delays caused by third‑party payment gateways, or (c) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules to safeguard your data. You consent to our collection, storage and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. For grievances, contact our Grievance Officer at support@sminfotechsolutions.com. In case of a data breach, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
